I will share with you what I enjoy as our version of a Chinese chicken salad, but you can always play with the ingredients to make it your own.   Hello my healthy peeps! I have been on a Greek salad dressing binge lately and I have found the ultimate recipe that I would love to share with you. One of my Favorite dishes to use this dressing on is a baked style Italian sandwich, you can oven bake  this meal or do it Panini style. Hello Friends! Made these delicious seed bars and wanted to share them with you. You can bake them or eat them raw. Let me know what you think! Enjoy Jace's Superfood Bird Seed Bar Soak Organic Dates for 15 min and pat dry Soak 3 tbs ground flax seed in water 3/4 cup dates 3 TBS brown rice syrup 1/3 cup chia seeds 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 TBS coconut oil 1/2 cup organic peanut butter 1/2 cup Amaranth seed Combine dates and 3 TBS coconut oil and brown rice syrup in blender. Mix until chunky and combine. In separate bowl mix all dry ingredients together expect the flax. After dry ingredients is mixed add everything together and stir well. It should stick together.
