Out of this World Vegan Gluten Free Brownies
It has taken me a handful of times making this recipe to get it just right. The trick to making these brownies amazing is making sure the batter is more runny than dry and not over baking them. If anything they are best undercooked.
3 tbs flaxseed soaked in 1/3 cup water
3/4 Bobs Red Mill Garbanzo Bean Powder
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup dairy free organic chocolate chips
2/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup water
1 or 1/2 cup sugar depending how sweet you like them ( I prefer 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup walnut
Combine all dry ingredients and mix together. Over low heat melt together chocolate chips and coconut oil. Add chocolate mixture, flaxseed and water and mix until smooth. Grease pan with coconut oil bake at 350 for 20-25 min depending how gooey you like them.
