Out of This World Vegan Fudgesicle Hello Folks! The hot months are approaching quickly. I wanted to share one of my favorite cold treats of all time. It's super easy and delicious for the whole family. Make sure you have popsicle molds, or you can use a bowl or cup. 1 cup  soaked cashews minimum of 4 hours of overnight (drain) 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup maple syrup 3 tbs cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt blend till very smooth, poor in molds and freeze! Delicious Chinese Chicken Salad and Dressing This has to be one of my favorite dishes during the hot months because it is cool and refreshing. I will share with you what I enjoy as our version of a Chinese chicken salad, but you can always play with the ingredients to make it your own. Salad Ingredients and portions are dependent on what you prefer. My Favorite Greek Dressing and Panini

  Hello my healthy peeps! I have been on a Greek salad dressing binge lately and I have found the ultimate recipe that I would love to share with you. One of my Favorite dishes to use this dressing on is a baked style Italian sandwich, you can oven bake  this meal or do it Panini style. Get Panini bread or a chabata loaf  you can heat in the oven Spread homemade pesto on both sides Layer baked red peppers and red onion Artichoke hearts (make sure they are well drained ) Feta or Goat cheese Spinach Heat in oven or Panini Grill Place avocado and Italian dressing on the sandwich and enjoy!
