The Most Insane Healthy Pumpkin Pie
Even though it’s not the Holiday season I have a weakness for pumpkin pie. This recipe I am going to share with you has to be one of my favorite desserts which I am eating at this very moment. I hope you become addicted and share the love for vegan baking.
First prep the crust. I like Bobs Red Mill Gluten free baking crust Gluten Free Pie Crust. I like to bake the crust at 400 degrees for 15 min and after placing pie filling bake for another 25min at 350
1/2 cup soaked cashews over night
I can organic pumpkin puree
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
Mix all this in the blender and filling is ready to be baked.
