Hello Friends! Made these delicious seed bars and wanted to share them with you. You can bake them or eat them raw. Let me know what you think!
Jace’s Superfood Bird Seed Bar
Soak Organic Dates for 15 min and pat dry
Soak 3 tbs ground flax seed in water
3/4 cup dates
3 TBS brown rice syrup
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 TBS coconut oil
1/2 cup organic peanut butter
1/2 cup Amaranth seed
Combine dates and 3 TBS coconut oil and brown rice syrup in blender. Mix until chunky and combine.
In separate bowl mix all dry ingredients together expect the flax.
After dry ingredients is mixed add everything together and stir well. It should stick together.
You can freeze and eat raw or bake at 350 for 25 min.
